The bus started 35 min late and main problem is the driver was smoking the whole journey it was very unpleasant and finally i didn't reach my boarding point and had to walk like 3km i'm so disappointed with their service and their response also very arrogant the bus details are as follows

I have made a recharge of rs 160 from my bank account through redbus recharge and i got a message from redbus that recharge successful but I didn't get recharged i trusted redbus on bus booking and made this recharge for first time disappointed on you redbus please refund the amount Order ID: 544985
