Redbus — unfair services and makes false promise! ditch at the last moment | |||||
We had requested redbus for a bus hire of 25 seater bus for 24th Nov 2018 from 6:00 Am to 11:00 PM and booking was made 3 days before the travel date. We paid 1020 INR for the bus for booking confirmation in advance. We got the ticket and confirmation mail on successful booking of bus stating that we have to pay rest of amount to driver as cash and redbus will forward the bus and driver details a day before journey starts. After getting this email we called the redbus helpline and inform them from my end that we have booked the bus and please take care ahead of the services you have purposed but Unfortunately redbus doesn't take the responsibility and ownership of providing the worth-it services is what we come to know with the incident that happened with us. 10 hours before the journey starts they were not ready to provide the details of driver. we called several times and we didn't get the driver and bus details. we contacted the number which was given on ticket, we called them and the travel agent said they didn't get any information on our booking. we cross checked with redbus and tell them that your bus operator is not aware of out booking. is it? They said booking details had been forwarded to the bus operator. we also asked for an email confirmation with bus and driver details. we contacted them many times and they said they will forward but we didn't get any information from them until 9:00 PM. At last contacting the number given on ticket, Operators said they are not aware of our booking please check with redbus. Irresponsibility of redbus puts us into a very bad situation. redbus was not at all ready to provide any alternate option. At the last we spoke to the manger of redbus where he said " he doesn't care about it " now and said this information was not been given to him. Was it our responsiblity of passing this information to every employee of redbus that we have requested for the bus? Sorry it wasn't. This unprofessional-ism of redbus directly indicate that they are very irresponsible as well and should stop making the false promises. They say don't promise what you can't fulfill. Very worst Service and incapability of keeping the Promises. Declined to provide the Services at the last moment. Manager himself was lack of Professionalism and also irresponsible. Staffs/Employees not responding to the calls and doesn't care of the customer's situation. Now redbus should refund the total amount we had to pay to the New Bus hire. which cost us more because redbus refuse to provide what they had promised. Was this information helpful? | |||||
