[Resolved] Redbus — wrong bus information | |||
We booked a volvo bus himsuta from delhi to shimla through red bus on date 5th july, 2019 as it showed the bus timing at 9:30pm and 3 tickets were booked, seats were alotted to us, bus fare of rupees 2869 was also deducted from my account. But there was no bus at this timing from delhi as we confirmed it from departure point. We also texted them and tried to contact them for help. No refund of money was there till now.
