Redcliffe Labs — My reports took more than a week and even after receiving they sent me someone elses report with my name on it

My blood sample was taken and i dint report for 7 days. And after i got the reports Redcliffe labs gave me someone else’s report just edited my name on it.
Redcliffe labs are playing with the health of the patient.
I have serious health issues and i dont have funds to get the report from somewhere else.
I haven’t received my original reports yet,
I have submitted the pictures of report which has been sent to me.
