With reference to Order# 13480886. This has been the worst
experience on Rediff shopping (Supplier Ravalgaon).This was said
to be delivered within 5 to 8 working days. From day one your
website shows status as "Ready to dispatch". Its been 12 days and
still the status is the same. I am not sure if Ravalgaon is
shipping it from Mars or Venus. I have emailed Rediff several time
and only 1 response which says "It will be delivered on time".
After that no followup no emails! And this was last week!

Thanks for the worst experience ever! Your customer service is the
worst of all. No response and one response was utterly Useless!.
