[Resolved] Rediff.com India — No customer care to assist with password reset issue | |||
I have been using rediffmail.com for more than 20 years and recently i did password reset due to data breach notification. Unfortunately, i don't remember hint question and forgot the new password. I have been trying to locate customer number of rediffmail but don't find any details on line.in the absence of any support, i can't operate my account. Oct 9, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The customer care team was extremely good and very prompt with the response. To fix the issue, they did not compromise on authentication to prevent fraud. I am glad that they followed all the protocols and then activated my account. Thank you rediffmail team for your support and prompt response & keeping our accounts safe.
