in response to my following complaint sent repeatedly, I received every time a ticket. but no redressal.
Complaint was.
My phone was hacked and on my complaint it was restored. However, the settings have changed. I recieve my all emails in deleted folder instead of in box.
Further my all emails from my inbox have been deleted. These are very important and have my research papers and important messages and docu, ments. I want these to be restored.
You and I would not like the matter to be taken to TRAI/ Ministry of Communications.
