Rediff Shopping — Product is Delivered different.

I was ordered a NOVA Trimmer at website (Rediff Shopping) with order no. 11871556 on dated 13th of July 2015 & order has delivered 19th of July 2015. When i was checked that parcel, I did not get it.There is the different type of Plastic Toys.
