[Resolved] Rediff Shopping — Receipt of short delivery but paid for full products | |||
This to to inform you that I placed an order for 2 sets of Elegance Super Soft Recron Fibre Pillow set of 2 (P-2-15X24) with Rediff.shopping.com on 13th November, 2015. On 21st November, 2015, only 1 set was delivered but I paid for 2 sets to delivery boy.On the very day, I lodged a complaint with Rediff.shopping.com regarding partial delivery in writing. After lodging a complaint with https://www.consumercomplaints.in I received a call from Rediff.shopping.com and they told me to refund the balance amount, i.e. ₹ 450/- by way of online bank transfer. So, I followed their instruction and as a result, my bank account has been debited with ₹ 14.98, ₹ 1, 498.00 and ₹ 2, 262.98/- three times respectively. However, they promised that they would return the whole amount by way of issuing me a Demand Draft for ₹ 4, 225.96 (₹ 3, 775.96 + ₹ 450/-) in 7 days time.
