Sir i have brought sandals from online shopping at rediff on 7th june ( Order #[protected] containing ( BACHINI Brown Sandal ) on Rediff Shopping.. they have sent me a wrong size. i have asked size 8 and they gave size 9. i have sent mails to customer care sweta but they are saying we cant replace it is not withing the company policy 48hrs. my question is while sending they have sent with wrong size why they cant replace please. i spoke to their supervisor he said sorry our mistake but cant replace . they are trying to cheat me.i am thinking how many customers they might have faced the same problem. Rediff.com India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 04, 2017 Updated by andygopal HI Sir/Madamany updates please on the issue generally there will be time given to customer if the service they provide is wrong, but here people are behaving badly they spoke to me in harsh way, always there is a way to talk i.e. polite im just asking them to replace with correct size. please help. i got call from rediff company they are threatening me that they are not going to replace my sandals you go to court or anywhere i am not going to replace it.why didn't you call us within 48 hrs. i am struggling with
mother dialysis 3 times a day, i didn't find time to look when i was free i saw it and immediately wrote a mailto them.
they send me with wrong size and now they are not listening. can you please advice what next steps to be taken.
