My rediff account has been hacked and the hacker has changed all the information and security question. my email id is shail.[protected]@rediffmail.com pls contact on the alternate email id: [protected]@gmail.com my earlier mapped phone no. was [protected], now it has been changed with 9*****43. My mobile was lost and when we restored the contact no. again, we found that the mail account is hacked. Please help me recover my account as soon as possible. Request you to bring a 24 hrs customer service as these are the important matter and needs immediate attentions. what all information can be used by hacker is uncertain. I can't access my Rediffmail account for the last 3 months as the password used doesn't match with my mail. The alternate mail id and mobile number shown is not in my knowledge. Please help me out to access my Rediffmail account.
