Rediff.com India — my rediffmail and facebook account is hacked

Dear sir/ madam,

My rediffmail account is hacked and the hacker had changed all the information and security question (I tried to reset the password, but two step authentication is going to wrong mail & phone number).

Along with this the hacker is using my fb account with id: sosa arias.

Hacker, first hacked my facebook, changed my primary email from gmail to my secondary mail rediffmail and then changed rediffmail inforamtion, so i cant retrive my account information.

My hacked email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com

Request you to please update me on the alternate contact details:
[protected]@gmail.com / [protected] / [protected]

My phone no., alternate email id, and security question are changed, please help me recover my account as soon as possible.

Kindly let me know if i need to support with any additional information for authentication purposes.
