Dear Rediff team,
I had filed a complain for the damaged product i had received, but still now i had not received any answer from your team.

The product i ordered is damaged one. Both the product i had received is not in working condition. one is broke and other one is not getting started. please help me to solve the problem.

my order id was 14023817 and the ticket number for the complain is #[protected]
