[Resolved] Rediff.com India — Not getting refund

I buy a samsung charger from shopping.rediff.com on 24 September 2016 & i receive it on 04 October 2016, But i found it as used product, So i requested for refund from rediff customer care, they said "Sir you have to wait for 24 to 48 hours, so we can resolve the problem and provide you the refund", after not receiving any reply from rediff after 48 hours i again contacted the rediff customer care . They again said same line.
From more than a week they are replying me same sentence for waiting 24 to 48 hours every time and have no resolution on my complaint until now.
