[Resolved] Rediff.com India — Not giving refund for the product they haven't dispatched | |||||
My order number is 1326219. 4 days ago i got a mail saying it has been handed over to courier but when i called them today they say no such record of it. the courier is vexpress and awb # 8317291, hence i called rediff cc. they speak harsh and one lady said it has been handed over to courier, can't you wait for another 3 days? i always think i should be polite to cc exec but see how they behave. i have attached the screenshot and process my refund asap i am not gonna wait another day Was this information helpful? | |||||
