I paid total bill of rs 2183 via net banking. the amount was deducted but my order got declined somehow and my refund in initiated yet.

Complaint marked as Resolved

I have to talk with them by the phone number that is provided in this website also mailed them. They have checked that they received my payment and placed my declined order once again after that my order is dispatched and i received my ordered items.

Rediff.com India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
