I've ordered asfit knee cap-1 set & paid rs 648/= online dated on 3rd jan-19. I've received the product on 7th jan-19, after opening found that the product received is smaller in size and not able to use it. I've informed the same to shopsupport thru' mail dated on 8th jan-19. Got the feed back that i've to contact vendor for solving issue, contact sunita jain cell [protected], no response with several attempt.
I'm rediff shopping customer from 2012 & totally dissatisfied with response from rediff shopping & vendor.
Hence request you to pay back rs 648 paid to rediff shopping online on 3rd jan-19 & take back wrong product dispatched by rediff shopping.
