Rediff.com India — Refund is processed where as product has been already returned back to rediff

Rediffshopping is most fraudulent shopping site i had ordered perfume and i got different product, I had returned the product and ask for refund money. I had provided my bank details to them but still they did not processed my refund and committed every time you will get in 7-10 working days. whereas 7 working days are already over but they are still not paying back my amount.
My order ID is : 14230188 and the amount is 1087 RS.
I do have all mails from rediff shopping customer support for days which they committed and fulfill yet.

Please take a strict actions against them so they don't cheat other customers.

Updated by Dhanashreec Rediff shopping is cheating client by giving fake commitments for refunding amount i had already registered a complaint against them but they are not processing amount and giving 7 days to transfer the amount whereas 7 day are already over and i had provided bank details on 17/04/2017 from that day to till date i did not yet received amount they lie to customer by saying we have processed but we never get the amount in account. When i had send bank details to them on 17.04.2017 after that how can they send mail to me on 24.04.2017 saying we will process amount in 7-10 working days then what is the use of providing details on 17.04.2017 can't they count the days ?that means 1 week is totally wasted. we have to beg for our money only which is very cheap service provided by rediff shopping. Please take a action on them because all the time when we call they only tell us one thing we will process the amount in account which is really not true
