My order no is 14147560 and complaint no is[protected] the product they deliver is of very poor quality and when i told them to return it they are telling they will not return it and their customer executive Abhishek is very rude Dnt know how to talk to customer

Please solve my issue soon or else I have to escalate this matter to consumer Court

I have for my rediffmail account password for [protected]@rediffmail.com.

Also the Email ID and mobile no I had provided while creating the account are no longer valid. Can you pls help me recover my account?
