Rediff.com India — Product isn't dispatched since month and are not refunding my money back.

I had to complain here because despite of complaining in their website for more than many, they aren't resolving my problem.
I ordered automatic electric wax heater on 13 Feb 2017 and it's been showing me "Ready to dipatch" status since the day i've ordered. After a week i asked them about my order asking where it is cause it still wasn't dispatched. They even told me that it takes 2 days to dispatch but seller hasn't still dispatch, than they said they'll dispatch the order within next two days. Even after many days my ordered product still wasn't shipped. I decided to cancel the order because i already order one from another website and got within a week. I canceled my order and the rediff team mailed me that it can't be canceled because the product is dispatched. I don't know how is it possible cause the status was still showing "Ready to Dispatch" on my order. I even sent them screenshot for the proof but they asked me more days to look upto my order. I know they are fooling me cause i already paid for the order. I just want my paid money back. I dont want any of their product anymore. After many days or complaining they still dont want to refund my paid amount back. Please look up to my problem and refund me ASAP.
P.S. - I'm attaching the product details and email details they sent me which is the proof they're fooling me.

I am Riya Bande, my login id [protected]@rediffmail.com. it is also linked with my Facebbok account . In last week someone has hacked my both the account. even i am changing my password but contact details has been changed by hacker. i am not able to recover my account.
