I had ordered a bluetooth headset. It has been delivered and I found it defective. When complaint submitted by email they have reiterated that the item ordered by me is delivered. The supplier name is : Deepa Uppal Ground Floor, Shop No.18, Central Market, DDA Flats, Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110019 I have asked for a refund and the same is not forthcoming. Also the product supplied is duplicate. Please help me to get the refund. The amount is Rs.444 + Shipping Rs.49 = Rs.493. Was this information helpful? | |||||
