Rediff.com India — send duplicate product and cheating | |||||
I bought a watch from rediff shobypping on 16/05/2017 cash on delivery basis order no 25592952 for an amount of rs 3049+49 shipping. Rediff send a low quality watch after 10 day's. I requested them change the wrong item and send me original order. They agreed and took the wrong item. After then they cancelled my order without my concern. Then i claim refund amount from the 1st week of june 2017. Till now they did not refund money and create new story every day. Was this information helpful? | |||||
