Redmi — alloys hang

Dear mi team,
This is parsuram rout, from chennai i am using redmi4a phone this phone is my second phone. My family are using 4 mi phone. My family total using redmi company phone. But my point of view my phone alloys hang. I am so fed up this phone. I don't find out the permanent solution. I am already 2 times visit anna nagar service canter. This people not give permanent solution. My last visit feb - 01- 2018. Every 15/30 days my phone is hang then i am waiting this phone swish off is then egan connect the charger phone is continue. This problem happen every months..
