My name is ditto booked redmi note 6pro on 28th nov payment also done their shipping policy is 2 to 4days but they misused their policy so 3rd dec contact the customer care the told some technical issue so we take complaint against the order so i asked to customer care executive to cancel my order the also cancelled the told refund policy is 8 to 10days but again the misused the fooled me again 17dec contact the mi customer executive the told we will take the complaint against this and the told again wait for 8 to 10 day's here i am attaching the proof of my order.
