I have faced the same problem with Red Quanta & even shared it on twitter but it have been a year now, no payment received, It seems Red Quanta is running a nexus with such salons like lakme, Enrich & their whole idea is to fool the people in name of audit & provide customers to these chains.

I have also suffered in the hands of Red Quanta & Enrich Salon & now I am pretty sure there is a nexus going on between them.
I have also been told to do audit for Enrich, mumbai branch & its been two months now, no reimbursement yet. I was hopeful that will get paid for it but now looking at so many complaints, realized, Red Quanta is a big fraud.
Guys, any idea can we approach consumer court for this, have all the proofs, audio conversations with red quanta with me. Please suggest.

Same here, I am also from Mumbai & got in the trap of Red Quanta, no compensation till date .
I feel we collectively need to raise complaint against Red Quanta & stop their unethical business so that no more innocent people are being fooled by them.

I have done 3 audits of redquanta in 2017 of which total 2700 rs were due. First the company told that due to gst they will pay lately. But 1 year has passed no payment has been received. The company by mailing the payment has been done is itself taking the money of shoppers. They are cheating consumers.
Avoid Red Quanta audits.
They either dont pay / delay payments by 4-5 months. Initially the payment period was 1 month & they used to clear payments quickly.
Last 4-5 audits have been a pain in terms of getting payments. They give all sort of excuses and tickets raised go unanswered. suhaskatti
