Dear sir/madam,
My husband have bought a merchandise from your Reebok store at VR mall, Surat, Gujarat. He wore it once and the very next I saw some damage on the T-shirt. Next day I went to your store to show the piece. I told your store person that I don't want to return the tshirt. I just came to show you the defect. He told straight forward that the damage was done by me.His behavior was very much unacceptable. He talked very badly which any of the customer won't accept. His name is Kareem.
Hope you see into this matter. As a regular customer of your Reebok brand I am not gonna take any more merchandise from your outlet now. We as a customer need good behavior from your side if we don't get that respect.

Sir,
I did online shopping of shoes.. Mrp 7k.. From amazon.
I expected a good quality shoe.
But i am totally aghast with the way the sole gave way from the front..
The remaining of it is fine but of no use ..

Wrong shipment items

Have online ordered shoes from www.shop4reebok.com on 10.03.2016. Shoes model is tempo speedster aq9034 and order no is 22023588. After receive this parcel, i see they give me a different model of shoes which rebook classic and article no of this shoe is aq9990. Which is not usable for me. Overall total product is wrong and non-usable. After 10 mins getting this parcel i went to the site and complaint for return the parcel and also attached their wrong shipment item's picture to their site of customer care site. I have returned the parcel on 16.03.2016. After that they contact me and told that they send me the write parcel are not agreed on their mistake. Please help me for the same for refund or for write product delivery.

Guys this is Totally SCAM, They give you J7 but you guys don, t know that they are not a recognized company.. its a bunch of fraud people, who provide 2nd hand repaired phone with fake bill which is not acceptable at Samsung Care. The Maximum cost of this copy kit of Reebok is 800 in market of Delhi.

Note - They will provide you the phone but they are recycled or repaired phone with Chinese accessories that never comes in Samsung T&C.

So guys beware from such calls and put these numbers in Spam box.

Hey everyone this is Nirmal Sen I'm practicing Law right now My whatsapp no. [protected] . Guys this is totally scam fake ! Don't believe on these kinds of calls, they have called me also.. I have heard the same that you guys are saying then when I said I'm a lawyer, they were scared and said "okay sir aap dekh lo rhne do fir n they have cut the phone immediately " I was seriously laughing at that time !! So guys ignore such calls !!

की मेरा यह रीबॉक का जूता दो महीने मे उसका नीचे से सोल निकल गया मैं दुकान गया तो उन्होने सोल चिपका दिया लेकिन फिर से सोल निकल और सोल फट गया!

Dear sir/Mdm,

I bought Reebok shoes in the month of April 16 from Mumbai from Reebok authorized outlet located between Borivali and Kandivali. Within 9 months both the shoes have got tarred. The quality of the brand like Reebok has been proved very inferior which is very shocking to me. Attaching some image for your reference.

Request your intervention to replace the shoes with best quality and ensure such repetition does not happen in future keep our trust intact in brand.
