I bought a pair of the rebook sports shoes on december 17. when i buy this shoes at that time i told and asked about the fitment and comfortness of the shoes. at that time the seller said in coming 2/3 weeks to shoe will take the size of your foot and it gonna be comfotable and automatically fit it according to your foot. i again request to him to recheck but he refused me and said that you will be not worry about the shoes, we are here and later everything gonna be fine. but still today i'm getting trouble to wear my shoes it always hurt and also it takes too much time to wear. so my request is to change this shoes or either return the money.

    I bought an article EY4153 from your exclusive store on dated 05.12.2021
    Following is the store address:
    Basic Clothing Pvt. Ltd.
    Shop No 101
    First Floor Elante Mall, Chandigarh

    After a week when I opened my box to wear my new shoes, I noticed that there was a stitching defect in Right shoe and I tried finding your store in my local area. Unfortunately, there is no exclusive store nearby. So now I sent back to the same store and they said that they need approval from the company to exchange the same.
    Please do the needful.

      Dear sir I have returned a bag purchased from reebok on 17 th of December. After that I have emailed many times for it and called many times but every time I was bluffed by saying that your return is OK and wait for next 2 days issue will be resolved . But still there is o response my order details are as follows.

        Dear Reebok India,

        I have bought Reebok running Flex-O-Astro shoes from online Reebok website. Both the pairs of shoes started tearing after six months of no regular use. I have contacted the customer care many times by email and phone. I never got reply of my email. On phone I was told by customer care representative that these shoes have only three months warranty which seems no true based on warranty information on Reebok.com.
        It is not expected from Reebok to deliver such a bad quality product and then not resolve the consumer issues. I am highly disappointed with the service of Reebok India.
        I hope this will be resolved in timely manner.

          I ordered online shop4reebok.com site for shoe purchase on 20 December 2021 but amount is deducted two times from my credit card of rupees 1799 and order not placed ..they are not refund my amount I calling 10 times and write a mail regarding my refund also provided as a proof of transaction..but they didn’t reply yet not refunded my amount . They refused that they not received my amount but my credit card bank is saying that they already matured this amount on their account…I totally frustrated so here I am complaint please resolve my problem as soon as possible ..here also I am attaching a proof of transaction

          I am not received my refund amount of 1799 yet .I have received only one amount 1799. Second amount I am not received yet so kindly check and revert my money back
          Mine is also gone the same way, and they are behaving irresponsibly . They are telling the same way, like what they told to you . By the way how did you got back your payment.

            I received a show on 2nd dec 2021 which i ordered from shop4reebok.com. i returned that product same day as there was a size issue. The product was collected on 3 rd dec 2021. I received the confirmation email in 7th dec stating that after quality check i will be updated and my refund will be initiated.Since then i have not received any update and i have sent sevetal emails to them. Even my refund is not initiated. I am wondering now if it is an original Reebok website.

              Ordered a shoe from their online store. Had to return due to a size issue. After they picked up my order, I sent them a mail for my new bank account details for the refund amount because the source of my payment account was closed. They picked up my shoe on the 9th of December and on the same day I did provide them with my concern and bank details. Reebok still initiated the refund on my payment source account...

              Today is the 16th day since the order was placed, yet I have not received the parcel. Thrice I have received OTP from ECom Express but they have not delivered the product.
              Kindly look into the matter urgently and arrange the delivery ASAP, else I have to escalate to Consumer Forum Cell.

                I ordered for track pants with Shop4reebok vide my Order Id[protected] on 10 Dec 2021. The order was for Men's Reebok Training Elements WOVEN Pants. However, I received Synthetic Pants which is, certainly NOT WOVEN. As per Wikipedia "Woven fabric is any textile formed by weaving. Woven fabrics are often created on a loom, and made of many threads woven on a warp and a weft."

                I contacted customer care many times regarding cancellation of my order No[protected]. The said order has not been cancelled till date and refund was not processed. Reebok customer care has taken my cancellation request on 01 Dec 2021 and is telling refund will be processed once the item received back to warehouse and courier company is saying your item is still at delivery centre and will not be sent back to warehouse until reebok give cancellation request and return to origin to courier company . Today 17 Dec 2021 No update

                  Today is the 11th day since the order was placed, yet I have not received the parcel. As mentioned in my previous email, twice the delivery man came and could not deliver it due to their server problems as they couldn't generate OTP. Yesterday was again the second time I received OTP from ECom Express (the first OTP was received on 11th Dec) but they didn't deliver the product. They called me yesterday afternoon over phone and I told them I am keeping myself free to receive delivery of the product, but they didn't turn up yesterday. As a customer, I do expect professional approach from your end.

                  Kindly look into the matter urgently and arrange the delivery ASAP.

                      I have bought a pair of shoes from flipkart delivered on 5/11/21 after 20 days o[censored]se the cushion and net around the ankle start to tear. I have complaint to flipkart but the complaint regarding refund aur replace was not resolved then I made complaint to reebok india telephonically and by mail also got responce regarding to send pics of shoe invoice and sticker of shoe. I have sent all the required details but till now 7 days after the complaint...

                      Dear all please don't ever buy from the online store. I had ordered flip flops from the website. Though I recieved the product on-time but I had issue with the size. So I thought of calling them and ask if they can replace with smaller size. After 100's of call someone recieved. He said they can't replace, only they have option of return. He said it will be picked up in 2 days. It's been 15 days now and no one has come to pick up. They never recieve your calls nor reply to your mails. Please don't buy from there website. It is just for name sake.

                        I have taken jacket from reebok showroom. When they asked me about phone number they have stored name in their database with very wrong wording. Feels hurted alot to see their mentality by your employee. Its is so bad that i cant even share what they fed.

                            I had purchased a sports shoe article number FV0570 9 REEBOK DRI FTW @ 5999/- from REEBOK store located at Ansal Plaza Vaishali Ghaziabad in the name of ADI Sports Shop number UGSR-24 GF Ghaziabad-201001 GSTIN 09AABCC3513G1Z1 vide bill number 221005T10SC00036 dated 02/04/2021.
                            Shoe was used sparingly, is worn out from inside and it is difficult to use. Show room was contacted and they had shown their unwillingness to handle the issue.
