Dear Team,
Today is the 11th day since the order was placed, yet I have not received the parcel. As mentioned in my previous email, twice the delivery man came and could not deliver it due to their server problems as they couldn't generate OTP. Yesterday was again the second time I received OTP from ECom Express (the first OTP was received on 11th Dec) but they didn't deliver the product. They called me yesterday afternoon over phone and I told them I am keeping myself free to receive delivery of the product, but they didn't turn up yesterday. As a customer, I do expect professional approach from your end.
Kindly look into the matter urgently and arrange the delivery ASAP.
