Reebok India — Defective REEBOK women Shoes

Dear Team
I purchased Reebok shoes in the month of Dec’19 End around 29th Dec @Rs5000/- with having some discount real cost was around 9000/- Rs and within 2-3 months shoes conditions is very bad due to COVID lockdown I couldn’t go at store and after lockdown I went there but store guy denied to accept any fault
It is very disappointing that I spent this much money and it was waste.
I need refund or new shoes
Otherwise it would be very difficult to trust on Reebok.
