Dear Reebok India,
I have bought Reebok running Flex-O-Astro shoes from online Reebok website. Both the pairs of shoes started tearing after six months of no regular use. I have contacted the customer care many times by email and phone. I never got reply of my email. On phone I was told by customer care representative that these shoes have only three months warranty which seems no true based on warranty information on Reebok.com.
It is not expected from Reebok to deliver such a bad quality product and then not resolve the consumer issues. I am highly disappointed with the service of Reebok India.
I hope this will be resolved in timely manner.
