Reebok India — Reebok india refund not received of RS 949

I Placed an order with reebok which was delivered to me on 19th december 2021. Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas. After 2-3 days picked up by the courier partner I was asked by reebok to provide my bank details since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be done on the respective bank account. It has been nearly 2 months since the pick up however, no refund has been received by me. I cannot keep waiting for the refund especially of an amount of Rs949. Kindly assist in resolving the issue.
