I bought a shoe on 30th April, my shoe size is 4, and I was being given 5 for trying, when I asked dem smaller size they said I won't get smaller than 4. They told me it wil be fine aftr one or two use. I dint bother to check the shoe size when they packed and gave me. Because al these years I never faced such situation while buyin shoes from reebok.Once when I reached home I tried it again without socks, it ws completely loose, when I checked the size it was 5 and not 4. My all rebook shoes are of size 4.Next day I had my flight in the morning for different city so I just called them and informed them that they gave me the wrong size. Requested them to keep the smaller size ready so that on 5th after returning I would hav exchanged. On 4th I was being informed that my size is not availabel anywhere in India, so I asked them for refund as I have invested 6k for it.After I went to return the shoe on 5th May 2017, I asked for the refund, they told me to wait for a week as the person in charge has already sent a mail to the company. After a week again I approached them, they again told me to wait for another 2 days, this process is still goin on its been 15 days since I returned my shoe.. The person incharge claims that the company is not responding to his mail.
