Reebok India — want to change my shoes , but shopkeeper deny

R/sir i purchased shoes article V52050 Mrp 5999 after discount Rs. 2999.50 from ADI Sports, UGSR-24, ground floor, Ghaziabad but after purchased when i use it i face some ankle and nurves problem due to uncomfortable in my foot, so i want to change my shoes, but shopkeepr deny to change even its a genuine problem .
