[Resolved] agent in mansoura / gr-m602ylQ — bad customer service with loyal customer
i am dr.Mohamed i am loyal customer for l.g. i have mobiles . washing machine and t.v. & i have a problem in my new l.g. refrigerator from one year freezing stopped.we change motor& after 7 months it stopped again freeze & from 3 weeks no response. no repair. no results..they ask me e.mail for fatora i send and i am promised to change it without any action.
