Hi Team,
It is really surprising to know that the rust issue on the external door cannot be rectified within the warranty period, would request you to kindly look into the issue on priority and give us the solution for the same at the earliest.
Also we would like you to clarify whether the same was brought to our notice at the time of procurement that the same model should not be used for commercial usage and its meant only for domestic usage as per your engineer who had visited the site on request .
