[Resolved]  Ebest.in — Ordered product not Delivered and Amount not refunded

Dear Concern,

I have ordered online a LG Refrigerator from (www.ebest.in) on 01-mar-2013 for rs.17590/- through Credit card with order no:- 2566. I got a call from their call centre on 1-Mar-2013 confirming for the product delivery on 06-Mar-2013.

But on Monday(04-mar-2013) I called customer care and they refused to deliver the product for which i have ordered. Now i am asking for my refund and calling the customer care they are not reponding at all and putting my call on hold Whenever i am calling them
