complaint no. generated on 23.05.13 is EGUW[protected]. It was confirmed that the service request would be attended within 48 hours.

Till today my service request is not attended and no progress. They can not even tell me the service dealer/engineer contact number. It has not been even 6 months I purchased the refrigerator.
