I purchased Godrej Refrigerator 3 year back in Chellamani & Co,Trichy. Came across cooling problem for past 3 weeks. When contacted Chellamani and Co, they said we need to contact Godrej Customer Care for the same. when contacted Godrej Customer Care, no one responded over a long period of time....
So I have lodged my complaint on Godreg toll free number as on 10/11/2012 vide Complaint No: C[protected], further to this their Service Engineer Mr. JESU DOSS was visited my resident as on 12/11/2012 and study the case. according to his instruction we ready to refill the Gas, but after they Tilll now we didnt get any call or information regarding the Gas refilling.
