Hello Consumer Complaints! I am using kelvinator refrigerator... model number KFL215 Serial number[protected] . I will get being date 07/01/2013.... kelvinator gives compressor warranty is 5 years with.... But is provide lowest cooling and unnecessary sound for compressor at this month April 2013 .... I had purchased a Kelvinator Refrigerator on 7th Jan’2013 from NEXT Electronic, Madurai.
When we called customer care they have taken the complaint and given the complaint reference number as [protected] but after multiple calls also nobody has turned up for the last 3 weeks.This is the one of the worst service at this company...
