[Resolved]  Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd — demo/scrap product sent twice instead of brand new godrej edge pro 190 lit refrigerator

Greetings. Mukesh premji maru santacruz w booked tue 06.08.2013 for brand new recent launched godrej edge pro 5.1 190lit refrigerator inr 14000/- from kohinoor televideo pvt ltd santacruz w sales person danish. We informed them we need packed & sealed product but not any demo piece or second stock. When the fridge arrived on thu 08.08.2013 17.21pm after our call to kohinoor. It was unpacked & full of mud & black marks inside the fridge without any stickers. The transport person saying fridge delivered from bhivandi godown.We returned the fridge. We phoned kohinoor immediately & went & meet the manager bhushan. shown consignment photo from mobile and transferred via bluetooth to their person khamar. they convinced us saying will thoroughly check & send new fridge. Fri 09.08.2013 14.30pm without intimating us another fridge delivered with top box of godrej sx & fridge full of mud & all inside stickers open. When we called manager bhushan not picking the phone & when tranport person calling he took the phone. When we informed the issue he says the fridge comes that way from cotton green warehouse whereas the invoice is from dadar. Then he says to buy some other brand of fridge from kohinoor and also commit to talk to godrej company directly & arrange a packed piece within 2days.
