I Miss.Sudarshini Datta of Lake Town, Kolkata had ordered a 320 litres LG fridge of model number 338VE4,color Wine Blossom, from Sales Emporium(ULG), 85-D, Ultadanga Main Road, Kolkata-700067. The firdge is yet to be delivered to us. The order was confirmed to them with advance of Rs.100. After their confirmation of wine blossom color availability with them I made the final payment to them on 02/01/2013. Total price was Rs. 25000. Under old fridge exchange became Rs.23000.Under Bajaj Finance scheme EMI facility I made the downpayment of Rs. 7570 to the organisation and rest money equally distributed for 8 months(memo no. 02859, vat no. [protected], WBST No. [protected]).I have provided them the cheques for the same and on 5th of every month the payment will take place which already started from February 05, 2013.After continuous follow up with them they are now forcing me to take a different color of the fridge which initially strictly I had opposed or asking us to do whatever we feel like or can cancel the order. Due to the continuous harassment by the organization(they promised the color every time we called up) and their deliberate fraudulent attitude I would like to get back the money from them with proper interest. Please look into the same urgently.
