We were asked to fill a coupon at metro cinema dhobi talao, they referred us to this travel agency. By giving us exciting offers they convinced us to become the member. We paid them a huge amount to become a member. Since the day we paid the lump sum amount, they have disappeared. Poor customer service n not a single facility as promised. We did also sign a contract which we still possess, however there is no response from their side and looks like we were just fooled. The customer care is least bothered to give us services as promised. They only keep us waiting. No one responds to email also.
