Relaxo Footwear — please change/repair my shoes

I have purchased sparx running shoes from sparx showroom on 28 September 2018. After only one day the shoes got damaged. How can this be expected from a good brand that only within 1 day. It's compelling to suspect that this is a fake product that was deliver to me. I have warranty card for this product.
Every brand offers minimum 6-3 months repair warranty from products parched.
I was very guilty from your product because I sad my friends my spark shoes is very nice and give good shine. But in reality they are see.
And they are say spark company is very bad and it is not provided the good product.
I want to change my shoes by this similar product/another product otherwise I want to return my money.
