Relaxo Footwear — Refund amount not transferred by company

Dear Sir,
I had placed an order on 19th July, 2020 but we didn't received the order .We waited for too long for the order.After sending a mail to your company we came to know that our order was cancelled.We also haven't received the refund to our account yet.Please look forward to this matter and make the refund as soon as possible.If I don't get the refund than I may appeal to the consumer court.
