I ordered one pair of shoeson 8/8/2019 from this site and after so many unsuccesfull call they called me back on next day ann giving me excuse that its their way of work as if customer call today they will revert customer next day.
After they called if i shared the issue and they suggest me to drop same mail and i drop as i discussed on call with you i want to cancel my order order id 16660 and want my money back in original source and i want to cancel just bcz of size i need to go to store to confirm first
And you executive saying after 24 hr we cnt refund we will give you relaxo points, and its not my mistake o tried to reach you but there is no possible option available on your website to cancel the order yesterday i tried to call you but no one answer my call they call today its not my prb why should i refund i want my amount back in original source otherwise i will complain againt you in consumer court. That your have very poor policy and website also need enhacement as there is no cancellation option.

Same day order came and i refused and from that day i was waiting of mail i already inform them that order returned back but they are not resonding, no mail no refund
