Relaxo Footwear — shoe sole damage

Dear sir/ma'am
Please ensure that i bought this shoe from your outlet on august. I got a warranty period for six month with bill. But soul of shoe crack before the warranty period. The problem on outlet (Railway road bahadurgarh) is that i lost my shoe purchase bill. I am an old customer for your company and i feel too much comfort but this time there is opposite with this. Please change these shoe at your end and provide us necessary service.
