Reliable Express (India) Packers & Movers, [protected] — reliable express service is fake

"Reliable is Unreliable and Fake-Be Aware!"
I am writing this on behalf of a friend. Reliable Packers and Movers were hired to shift household items from Mumbai to Uttar Pradesh. One of the agents by the name of Yogesh came for survey post which the company quoted a sum of ₹ 25000/ and after a few negotiations they were hired. They promised to provide the tracking number, insurance papers, and the usual procedural documents, they said will do so post packing. They came packed and moved all the things, which was not conducted properly either.
The consignment which was for UP reached after 3 weeks of constant nagging and them making excuses. The status of the delivered items was awful. Not a single furniture reached in one piece. (We have photos to support the claim).
Another item was to be delivered to Kanpur which merely was put on hold claiming extra money to do the assigned work. It is still not delivered, has been a month since the packing. Now, they are saying that we have to pay additional ₹3500/-(earlier they said 2300 which rose to 3000 and now its 3500) for the things otherwise they will not deliver and threatening the friend, to do whatever the friend can. To top it all, the so called marketing head Naresh behaved in the most outrageous manner and blamed the friend for the delay.
The question is- Why should we pay more when the amount was pre-decided. Also, the furniture was damaged, who will compensate for that??.
As a consumer, it is an harassment. We rely so much on these Packers & Movers when we shift. But what they promise they don't deliver. I told them we will pay the whole amount when the delivery is made. They said first credit all the amount in the account. My friend is mentally harassed and I will raise this to get them blacklisted from Just dial so that no other customer has to go through this pain. Please take a note of the names as they may operate under a different company to come and cheat you. When i asked for insurance bill and tracking number they are loitering from their words and as expected never provided one proper document. After they realized the furniture is going to reach broken because of shifting it multiple times, they said insurance is only valid on Electronics and not furniture.
