Its been 3days - 36 hrs after the complaint. The issue pending since a week and Not even one call from customer care. This is like a Mental torture. Even after u get an unlimited recharge 8-15 days u get no network and yet no reason or effort to solve an issue. Speed with 3Gs - Reliance dosnt have speed even in solving customer complains .
yet Another day of waiting and I get a call frm Customer Care askng me the problem nd wait again for techncal team to call. After much apprehensions when I demand to speak to a Higher authority - am told that the manager at the back office Ms Harshada. Dharod would be communicating. Soon am told that she is not In the office and that there is no other manager to take care of the complain.I guess The customer care is only a matter of worse show when the network cheats u of money nd patience.

Hi. I just got one call from the Reliance number which I missed by mistake.There has been no call back nor the restoration of service.I recharged on the 8th of this month and till 26th I Hold No network in area .Its the same area from where I have been using the Dongle since 1.5years. The customer care representatives seem to be hardly trained to even take up e complains properly.The Nodal managers are hardly bothered !m
