[Resolved] Reliance — Balance deductions | |||
I got a msg "you have been successfully subscribed to ADPAYStrmgMlySubs services for 4 day " after that my mobile balance run out and not able to make any call to customer care because of company. I called them through 198 but call not connected to the company server. My mobile no. [protected] from the balance deducted. I want my balance back from the company. Why they charged me without having any VAS service. And I am attaching a pic of that msg. Was this information helpful? | |||
