Reliance Big Tv — new dth connection & installation | |||
This is my 4th mail, not once have I received any response from BIGTV. I have booked Reliance Big TV connection by paying Rs 499/- on 1 Mar 2018 under booking I'd No 12506304. As per terms and conditions of booking connection was to be installed within 30 to 45 days. Despite speaking to Customer care several times and sending so many emails connection has not been installed so far. Can you either do the installation of the new connection or refund the booking amount. I have received SMS the connection will be done on 15th June. But there is no revert after this message.
