Reliance Big Tv — no refund and no installation of dth | |
I have booked (Booking ID Is: 12501831 &[protected] nos of connection of Reliance Big TV on march 9th 2018, as they promised for installation their DTH set within 30 to 45 days, but till January 14th 2019 the did not installed. In last month of Dec-26th I received a SMS with customer ID: [protected] & [protected], that both connections are installed but actually it is not. (In between I have transferred from stated address to other location.) after that I called CC, they reply me to that SMS was send to you by mistaken. I asked to CC for refund of both bookings, they suggested me to send an email on their customer care email ([protected]@independenttv.in). I did this but I did not get any reply from their site. again I called them on 9 th Jan 2019 and asked about it. again they reply to send and email on said email ID and I did it, but I did not reply again. Today I called them again and they are rely me for same. Now I am fade-up with them. I want my money back but I don't have any way for it.
